Rules & Standards

  • One Pot Only — All cooking must take place in the designated pot; no second pots, grills, or external devices.
  • Safety First — Teams must follow basic food safety standards, including:
  • Safe handling of raw proteins
  • Proper heat control
  • Clean working areas
  • Bring your own pop-up, grills and chairs
  • Clean Up — Teams are responsible for their station cleanup at the conclusion of the event.
